Based on Article 17 of the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina („BiH Official Gazette“, number 30/03, 42/03 and 81/06), Article 3 a) of the Law on Administration Fees of Bosnia and Herzegovina („BiH Official Gazette“, number 16/02, 19/02, 43/04 and 8/06), Article 14 paragraph 1 item 8 of the Law on Ministries and Other Administrative Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina („BiH Official Gazette“, number 05/03, 42/03, 26/04, 42/04 and 45/06), related to Article 24 of the Law on Movement and Stay of Aliens and Asylum („BiH Official Gazette“, number 29/03, 4/04 and 53/07) and Article 3 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Law on Service of Foreigners’ Affairs („BiH Official Gazette“, number 54/05), the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the 30th session held on December 12, 2007,

D E C I S I O N
ON THE AMENDMENTS OF THE TARIFF OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Article 1
In the Tariff of Administrative Fees („BiH Official Gazette“, number 16/02, 19/02, 43/04 and 8/06) following TAR. number 105 the chapter X with TAR. number 106 will be added and shall read as follows:

X. FEES FOR ISSUANCE OF THE FORMS AND PROCEDURES WITH ALIENS
TAR. number 106
a) Issuance of the identity card for aliens 50,00 KM
b) Issuance of the travel document for aliens 50,00 KM
c) Issuance of the visa on borderline 100,00 KM
d) Issuance of the temporary residence permit 100,00 KM
e) Issuance of the permanent residence permit 200,00 KM
f) Issuance of the guarantee letter or invitation letter 10,00 KM
g) Registration-deregistration and change of the alien’s address 5,00 KM
Note:
The following aliens will be exempted from paying the fees for issuance of the temporary residence and/or issuance of the travel document for aliens, in accordance to this Tariff number: victims of the trafficking in human beings who have been granted a temporary stay permit in BiH on humanitarian grounds, or aliens who have received a refugee status or humanitarian residence on grounds of the non-refoulement principle, or a temporary admission in cases of mass influx, or aliens who have decided to quit their asylum application in Bosnia and Herzegovina, or aliens who are in the procedure of the forced removal measure from BiH if their expenses are covered by Bosnia and Herzegovina.»
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the 8th day after it has been published in the «BiH Official Gazette ».

ON THE AMENDMENTS TO THE TARIFF OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Article 1
In the Tariff of Administrative Fees („BiH Official Gazette“, number 16/02, 19/02, 43/04, 8/06 and 3/08), in Chapter X in TAR. number 106 Item g) shall be erased.
Article 2
This Decision will enter into force the day of its adoption and shall be published in the „BiH Official Gazette“.
